Content Policy

This Content Policy applies to all user-generated content shared through Wild Companion's community features, including published characters, character descriptions, avatars, and associated metadata.

1. General Guidelines

Community content should be creative, respectful, and appropriate for the platform. We encourage diverse storytelling across all genres while maintaining a safe environment for our community.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited in community features:

Illegal Content

• Content depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM)
• Content that facilitates illegal activities or violence
• Content that violates applicable laws

Hate & Harassment

• Content promoting hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Content designed to harass, bully, or intimidate specific individuals
• Threats of violence or harm

Impersonation

• Characters impersonating real people without clear fictional framing
• Content misrepresenting affiliation with organizations or public figures

Spam & Abuse

• Duplicate or near-duplicate character submissions
• Characters created solely to advertise external products or services
• Content designed to exploit or manipulate other users

3. Mature Content (18+)

Mature content is only available to Creator-tier subscribers who are 18 years or older. Mature content in community features must be appropriately tagged and must still comply with all other content policies (no illegal content, no hate speech, no CSAM).

4. Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it using the Report button on the character's community page. Reports are reviewed by our team and appropriate action is taken, which may include:

• Removal of the offending content
• Warning to the content creator
• Temporary or permanent suspension of the creator's account

5. Appeals

If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error, you may appeal by contacting us at wildcompanionai@gmail.com with the subject line "Content Appeal". Include your account email and a description of the content in question.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any community content at our discretion. Repeated or severe violations will result in account suspension or termination. We aim to review all reports within 48 hours.

7. Changes

This Content Policy may be updated as our community evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the App.
