These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wild Companion (the "App") operated by WildPines AI ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Wild Companion. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it if it changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Wild Companion offers a free tier with limited features and message allowances.
Paid subscriptions (Companion, Creator) are billed monthly or annually through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions).
Message packs are one-time purchases that add bonus messages to your account. Message packs do not expire and are non-refundable.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree not to:
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
You retain ownership of all characters, stories, and content you create in the App. By publishing content to community features, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the App.
AI-generated responses are produced by third-party AI models. You may use AI-generated content freely, but we make no guarantees about its accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose.
When you publish characters to the community, other users can browse and download them. You are responsible for ensuring your published content complies with our Content Policy. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies.
You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings page. Account deletion removes your profile, community-published content, and server-side data. Local data on your device is also cleared. This action is irreversible.
We strive to maintain consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App depends on third-party services (AI providers, cloud infrastructure) that may experience outages. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.
Wild Companion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildPines AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
